1. License Grant

Upon purchase of BALI UNFILTERED: The First-Timer's Playbook ("the Guide"), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Guide for your personal travel planning purposes. This license includes:

• ✅ Download and retain one digital copy (PDF) for personal use
• ✅ Print one physical copy for personal use
• ✅ Access to quarterly Google Maps updates through December 31, 2027
• ✅ Email support and itinerary review services (as described in Bonuses)

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• ❌ Share, distribute, or sell the Guide (digital or printed) to others
• ❌ Post the Guide or substantial portions online (websites, social media, forums)
• ❌ Use the Guide for commercial purposes (tour operation, travel agency services) without written permission
• ❌ Reproduce, adapt, or create derivative works without express written consent

All content—including text, images, maps, scripts, and bonus materials—is copyright © 2026 by Kadek Antara. All rights reserved. "BALI UNFILTERED" and "BALIGUIDEFORFIRSTTIMER.COM" are trademarks of Kadek Antara. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. Third-Party Services

Operators, drivers, and businesses mentioned in Bonus 2 (Agent Rate Access) are independent entities. While personally vetted by Kadek Antara, they are not employees or agents of BALIGUIDEFORFIRSTTIMER.COM. We facilitate introductions but are not liable for their services, conduct, or business practices.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kadek Antara and BALIGUIDEFORFIRSTTIMER.COM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of this Guide, including but not limited to:

• • Travel disruptions, cancellations, or delays
• • Financial losses from bookings or activities
• • Personal injury, illness, or accidents during travel
• • Loss or damage to personal property
• • Disputes with third-party operators or businesses

You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your safety, decisions, and actions while in Bali.
