Purchase Information: Handled entirely by Gumroad/Payhip (payment processor). We never see your credit card details or full payment information.

Email Address: Collected only for:

• • Quarterly Google Maps updates (through Dec 2027)
• • Critical travel alerts (e.g., visa rule changes, major closures)
• • Responding to your WhatsApp/email inquiries

WhatsApp Messages: Only if you contact Kadek directly for bookings/support. Messages are not stored beyond resolving your request. We do not share your number with operators without explicit permission.

2. What We NEVER Do

• ❌ Sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties
• ❌ Send promotional emails beyond Guide updates (no newsletter spam)
• ❌ Track your activity within the PDF Guide
• ❌ Share your WhatsApp number with operators without your permission
• ❌ Use cookies for advertising or tracking on our website

3. Data Security & Retention

Your email is stored securely with:

We retain your email only as long as necessary to provide Guide updates (through December 31, 2027). After this date, you may request complete deletion.

Data Deletion Request: Email hello@baliguideforfirsttimer.com with subject "Delete My Data." We will permanently remove your information within 14 days.

4. Third-Party Services

When you contact operators through Bonus 2 (Agent Rate Access), your communication is directly with them. We do not store or monitor these conversations. Operators have their own privacy policies—please review them before booking.

Google Maps links provided in Bonus 1 are hosted by Google. We do not track your location or map usage.
